At Shirley's Foods, we're committed to delivering your authentic West African flavours quickly and safely.

Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £5.49
Free Delivery: On orders of 10 items or more
Minimum Order: 3 items

Note: Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns Process:

You have 30 days from receipt to return unopened items
Products must be in original, sealed packaging
Contact us at returns@shirleysfoods.com to initiate a return
Full refund issued once items are received and inspected

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
